Technique: Mud Face Mask
This the the cheapest and Best way to improve your skin. Just Take small amount of Fuller's earth in a bowl add a pinch of turmeric and water to it. Keep the mixture for at least two hour so it may absorb water. Now mix the solution well and apply it on face and other part of body. Sit in Sun light if it is winter for better result. After 25-30 minutes wash face with water only, DO NOT USE SOAP. After this process you will find your skin very smooth tight and even.
Repeat the activity once a week.
Also practice this technique JUST BEFORE any party to reduce wrinkle appearance on face and obtain tight glowing skin.

 Additional:
While taking bath add 2-3 drop of lemon juice in water bucket. By doing this you will get rid of all type of skin diseases, clean skin pores and will improve skin complexion

Cure Dry and Rough Skin at Home

Take half bowl of raw milk and dip a cotton in it. Apply milk with it on face, neck and other parts of body by rubbing cotton for 5-6 minutes. You will see that cotton will be looking very dirty, that dirt is from your skin. After 20 minutes wash your face with water only. This Milk-Bath will cure acne and pimples, spots, wrinkles, Dark circles and rough skin in few days only. Repeat this activity twice a day for two week and see its amazing results on your skin.

Alternative :
In one spoon of milk add a pinch of turmeric powder and apply the solution on face and then wash it after 15 minutes. This technique gives a natural glow to your skin especially to those people who have pale and dull face they MUST do this to achieve better and attractive looks

Get flawless smooth skin with ayurveda

Technique 1: Flour and Turmeric Paste :
Take 60 gm of flour(preferably of chickpeas) and add half table spoon of turmeric powder and small amount of raw milk (or water) to make thick paste. Then add one fort spoon of mustard oil(or any other natural of your favorite smell) and mix it well.
Apply the paste on your face, hand , knees, neck and other parts of body. When paste starts drying rub the paste with your palm to remove it( not suggested if you don't want to loose your hair, Just wash your face). The paste will come out with scum, dirt and dead cells on skin , Now wash your body with Luke warm water.
This activity will make your skin silky smooth, clean and glowing . Also it will reduce wrinkles spots and dark circles. Also it will remove unwanted hairs from skin
Important:
1) It is preferred to apply paste half an hour before bath
2) In beginning do it daily for three days, then alternately for six days, after it once a week, In winter shift to once in two week.
3) Don't apply it on lips and eyelash
4) While removing, move palm from downward to upward direction.


Alternative 1:
Take 100 gm of raw milk in a glass bowl and add quarter of lemon in it and mix it well. Apply this solution on your skin gently and after a while wash your face with Luke warm water.
This will make your skin glowing and soft

Important:
1) This is one of the best way to clean oily skin
2) This technique will also repair damage due to overexposure to Sun.

Alternative 2:
Take out some juice of cucumber and filter it with thin cotton cloth, add some lemon juice to it and apply it on face. Wash face after half an hour . This will give you naturally glowing Skin.

Natural method to improve Memory (IQ) .. Ayurveda technique



Take seven almonds and place them in water at evening. In morning remove their skin and then grind them . If you are also suffering from poor vision then also grind four black pepper and add it in 250ml. milk and then boil it till it rises three times . then add one spoon of GHEE(fat obtained from milk) and one spoon of sugar and then drink it . take it for 30 days to improve memory .

This milk not only improve memorizing power but also improves Sperm count and prevent other disorders related to head.

Important:
This almond milk is especially helpful in cold. Also its helpful to those who work mentally hard and students . Drink this milk in morning with an empty stomach and do not consume anything for next two hours. This also help in curing headache.

Other method:

If  the above method is not in convenience to you then you may take the wet almonds , remove their skin and grind it (or directly) with four black pepper and chew them well and drink warm  milk afterwards  . This will improve memorizing power and will also heal general eye disorders such as poor vision, red eyes, watery eyes etc

Method 1: Boil 125 ml. of water and then let it cool. When it turns like warm add add 15 ml. of lemon juice in it and 15 ml. honey and drink it in the morning as the first thing, By repeating this activity for 1 to 2 months would help you loose fat, this method  not only burns all the fat present in body and gives you a slim figure, but also kills any diseases related to digestive system and improve your digestive power.
This technique also gives you a natural glow on face.

CAUTION:-on taking lemon juice with honey helps to reduce weight but on contrary on taking lemon juice only, or taking it with sugar leads to increase in weight
