Today the basic cause of many diseases is Tension and Depression, and PRAYER is considered very effective in getting rid of them. PRAYERS gives us confidence, Courage, Mental Peace and Relaxation to muscles. Hence it protects us from Depression and Tension. Praying Daily before sleeping protects us from insomnia.
"Pranayams" Described in YOGA are also very helpful in Making LUNGS Strong and protects us from Physical and mental illness. In YOGA "Pranayams" are described as KEY to LONG LIFE. If pranayam and Meditation are combined then we get an overall protection from all of our physical and mental illness and we can achieve a long and disease free HEALTHY LIFE.
